Other enhancements
- Marked AutoPilot days in the app (Tables, Day Inspector, Pricing) with a special design, so it is easy to see which arrival dates are “controlled” by at least one active autopilot worker (https://help.outperform-rms.com/screens/auto-pilot/).
- Tables export to excel improvements: the row holding column groups is removed and the values are concatenated to the column name + there is a new column for the DOW.
- UX/UI improvements in the Edit Seasons & Edit Events functions
- The Icons and Titles of the submenus displayed at mouse over were removed:
Major Changes
- It is no longer possible to set the budget on a “per day” basis, only “per month” (fiscal or calendar). There was no hotel using budgets per day and it was producing drag on the development, so it was removed.
- Users can decide by themselves if the Budget is defined per Total or per Mk. Seg. (up to 2.12 version, it was required to contact the support team). This is done from Settings > Basic Tab > Budget Type. Any existing budget/forecast definitions will be erased.
- If the user dislikes the RECO for a day controlled by an active autopilot worker, when saving the new price, the system will automatically lock that date so that any worker cannot “undo” the user action by liking the reco and pushing it automatically (https://help.outperform-rms.com/screens/auto-pilot/).
- An alert pops up if there are unmapped channels.
