2. Optimization of Pricing Screen
- editing multiple pricing points lag to be resolved;
- possibility to see and define rates for more than 365 days in the future (up to “end of next next year”).
3. The process of sending rates to external system
- There is an “In Queue” status for sending sessions that are “brand new”;
- Status “In Progress” is assigned only when the sending has actually begun (the messages have been delivered to the receiving system – PMS or CM); sending is done from a queue – each session is processed based on queue list;
- Status “Sent” id only assigned when the receiving system has responded. There can be multiple outcomes:
- “Sent Successful” – the receiving system has confirmed it received the messages successfully;
- “Sending Error – Retry” – the receiving system has confirmed there were errors processing the messages and, if OutPerform could automatically identify that those errors are transmission errors, retry is done automatically, otherwise, based on the error message/number, the retry may or may not be needed, so a table with error numbers per receiving system is maintained by the support team for which the retry mechanism is activated on the advice of the technical team;
- “Error – Not Sent” – the receiving system has confirmed there were errors when processing the messages and the errors are business errors that cannot be resolved with retry (e.g. wrong mapping codes, invalid data, etc);
- “Sending Unknown” – there was no message from the receiving system within x minutes – most likely the connection got lost or is hanging; “x” will be configured per receiving system;
- In case of “Sending Unknown” or “Sending Error – Retry” status OutPerform retries to send the session (max 2 times);
- If sending including retries is unsuccessful, OutPerform shows in the sending log two additional actions for the respective sessions:
- an option to manually retry sending the session. When clicking the Retry button, a check is performed if there are subsequent sessions that contain the same dates and if so, a confirmation dialog will be displayed;
- an option to disregard the session. All pricing changes are lost when clicking this button. Sessions will be automatically disregarded after 3 full days;
- During this entire process, new sending sessions can be created; however, any new sending session that has arrival dates which are also in a previously made session that has the status other than “Sent Successful” or “Error – Not Sent” will stay in “Queue” status until there are no previous sessions still in process;
- A pricing point is only marked as “Sent” (Timeline Sent column, price adjustment log, etc.) if it belongs to a sending session that has the status “Sent Successful”. However, this rule can be changed from Subscriber Settings, so that the app will mark as SENT the prices inside Planning Report or in Sent sections, despite the fact that the Channel Manager / PMS response was with Errors.
4. Additional columns in Timeline and Custom Reports

- Season Code and Event Category Code (only in excel Export);
- Custom reports – there is the possibility to add “Share” column for Market Segments Groups, Market Segments, Channels Groups and Channels.
5. Alert configuration – RECO is “close” to lower or upper bound

6. Price Adjustment Report

NB: OOO rooms can only be managed at Hotel Level at the moment.
- The Capacity Management Screen is loading regardless of the settings defined in Subscription Settings (Ignore Capacity from PMS / Ignore OoO from PMS are enabled or disabled), thus the hotel can input default values that will be used in case for some arrival days the “Hotel Capacity”, “OoO” or “PMS Room Type Inventory” the PMS data is missing.
- Administration > Settings > Basic tab – “Hotel Capacity” – the value defined here is used by default in case no hotel capacity is defined in “Capacity Management” Screen, and the PMS data is set to be ignored or is missing.
- Administration > Room Types & Rate Plans > “Defaults” button – enables the user to define default Room Types Inventory. The values defined here are used by default in case no “PMS Room Type Inventory” is defined in Capacity Management hotel screen, and the PMS data is set to be ignored or is missing.
