Timeline Beta – New Menu Version
Timeline – New Menu Version – Timeline Tab
1. Existing filters are now displayed at the top of the screen, allowing the user to manage them easier.
2. New filters were added: “Subrows” and Subrows sorted by”. The user can add data displayed in Timeline as subrows. The available data is per Segment Group / Market Segments / Channels / Room Types and will be added to each row. Data displayed for these rows can also be sorted A-Z, Z-A or per Share.
3. Maximize table option was added.
4. Data inside the table is now split differently and new data was added: LY, STLY, 2Y, ST2Y, VAR TO 2Y, VAR TO ST2Y as new data; VAR TO LY and VAR TO STLY are now split in two different columns.

5. “Refresh” button will display the table according to the active filters. “Refresh and Save” filters will display the table according to the active filters and will save them as default for the current user.
6. “Edit” button allows the user to exclude columns from display. This functionality is applied per user (except Compset column, which is applied per user and per hotel. If a competitor is changed, the filter is reset).
7. Export functionality only exports the selected Tab It no longer exports all available tabs;
8. “Filter by date” is now available.

Timeline – New Menu Version – Market Segment / Channels / Room Type Tabs
1. The Subrows with data for VAR TO LY, VAR TO STLY, VAR TO 2Y and VAR TO ST2Y are loaded by default.
2. The filters selected and saved in Market Segments / Channels / Room Type Tabs are applied per user, per hotel.
3. If new Market Segments / Channels / Room Types are added, the saved filters are reset to the default.

Pricing Screen – New Features
1. Clear Adjustments functionality is now available. Saved adjustments can be deleted.

E-mail Templates – Enhancements
1. E-mail content design improvements – tables are more aligned.
2. The Pickup from the e-mail template now includes also the non default pickup values (values that are not -1, -2, -3, -4, -5, -6, -7, -14, -30); This is applicable for BOB Report Year and Monthly Report and for the @PICKUP_BOB_ MONTHLY@ placeholder. The @HIGHPICKUP_ ALERT@ placeholder will be empty in this case.
3. The “Official Name” of the platform is now available as a placeholder. It is no longer included in the Subject field by default.

User Management
New menus created and branded as BETA (i.e.: Timeline BETA), can be accessed only by users who have this functionality enabled. By default, only the Key Account Admins have this functionality enabled.

The parent role can now be changed. This option is available only for superior users.

Send Updates
Resend Button
1. The user now has the possibility to resend rates in case errors occur in sending updates.
2. Option is available only for MEWS PMS, for the error codes 429 and 408.

View Button
By clicking on the view button you can see (without the possibility of RESEND!) the rates (and / or restrictions) sent for a certain transaction.

Breaking Changes
1. The “Official Name” of the platform is now available as a placeholder. It is no longer included in the Subject field by default.
2. Budget Menu was renamed as Budget / Forecast.
