Timeline – Enhancements
Timeline > Room Type tab
• Shows SHARE (former MIX) per room type capacity, not only by hotel capacity;
• This feature is available only for hotels using specific PMS’s.


Pickup Report – New Feature & Enhancement
Pickup Report – Filter Option
Filter option has been added for each column inside the Pickup Report (same option filter as in Timeline).
Filter pop-up is activated by clicking on the column’s header.
Options available: Between / Outside a particular range and Greater / Lower than a particular value.

Pickup Report – Excel Export Enhancements
1. DOW and Stay Date mentioned for each Market Segment.
2. Row with aggregated data for each stay date is highlighted with BOLD fonts.
3. Combo box for filtering each column are now available in the export.

Group Analysis – New Features
1. Added the option to define a cost associated with a “walkout”, which will be taken into account when calculating the group revenue.
2. Added the option to modify the ADR value used for the displacement calculation.


Pricing Screen – New Features
1. The possibility to add comments;
2. Lock Prices option.

1. Add comments
• The possibility to add comments for a day or for a longer interval;
• Done from Pricing Screen, left upper corner;
• Can be marked as External so that it will be sent through the email template;
• Can have Lifetime defined in days validity period.

2. Lock Prices option
• The possibility to mark the days as locked, meaning that the prices for the locked days will not change (unless otherwise specified in Bulk Edit) with future edits and will not be sent to the CM / PMS;
• The lock command on a particular day is applied for the whole day, all room rate plans combinations, not just the on the room rate the command was enabled;
• The lock action can be done either from Edit Mode or Bulk Edit;
• The lock symbol appears everywhere inside the app where prices can be sent from (and can be disabled): Timeline, Day Inspector, Dashboard > Daily View.

Possibility to change:

Settings – Distribution tab
1. Rate Modifier;
2. CM Business Rules – for RoomCloud CM only;
3. Channel Distribution Mapping (mapping section includes rooms and rates names and Channel Manager’s ID).

3. Channel Distribution Mapping – settings dedicated to match the rooms and rates added in Administration > Room Types and Rate Plans, with the rooms and rates of the receiving system (PMS / CM)
• It is possible to map multiple rooms in PMS to one room in RMS;
• In the Dashboard, Timeline, Pickup Report – the rooms defined in the RMS will be displayed, not those from the PMS (as it was till now), and if – for example – two rooms in the PMS are mapped to one in the RMS, then the values displayed for that room are aggregated. This menu is visible to users who have access to the “Price Dependency Room and Rate Plans” functionality (former “Price Dependency Formulas”).

Settings – Pickup Alerts
Pick up Alerts tab has been enhanced to ease up the definition of alert margins.

Room Types & Rate Plans – New Menu
• New Menu, from where the user can add the reference room and rate plan for which the RECO is calculated and other Room Types and Rate Plans the hotel wants to manage inside the RMS.
• For the hotels where the Room Types are received through the PMS Interface (i e Mews), the users can map the rooms defined inside the RMS with the corresponding PMS rooms.

E-mail Templates – New Feature
1. Amount of days in Pickup Test E-mail
• the pickup period in the test e-mail is calculated based on the last day in which the email has been sent automatically (rather than “yesterday” as it was until now).
2. “One Time” option in Email Templates
• added a new option to the “Recurrence” section called “One Time” (a checkbox);
• if the e-mail template has the “One time” checkbox marked, the moment the e-mail is sent on the “next” date and time, it will be automatically deactivated.

3. New placeholders for Forecast/Budget segments in e-mail
• placeholders that can be attached to the content of the e-mail:

Preferences – New Menu
• New menu including settings that can be defined at user level (user preferences);
• Selectable at the top right corner – below MyAccount;
• This menu is visible for everyone.

Administration – Market Segments Mapping – New Menu
• The user now has the possibility to map the Market Segments received from the PMS with the available Segment Group inside the app (Transient / Discount / Group / NOT USED (this setting used to be accessed only by the 2nd Level Support team);
• Market Segments can also be merged with other market segments, so that the values will be displayed under one Market Segment only;
• The option to “Include in KPI” will mark if RN and REV from one market segment are counted in the calculations of TTL RN, TTL REV, ADR, RevPAR.

Breaking Changes – Alerts for missing settings
1. If there is not at least one room type and one rate plan defined for the hotel, an alert is displayed when the user logs in, informing that the reference room type and / or rate plan must be defined. The user is automatically taken to the Room Type and Rate Plan menu. In addition to this, an Alert is also displayed in the case there is an RMS room defined which is not mapped to a PMS room.
2. An Alert is displayed if there is no Standard VAT & Food VAT values defined for the 2 past years and 1 year in the future. The user will be automatically taken to the settings screen in order to define the VATs.
3. An Alert is displayed if there are no seasons defined for the past 2 years and 1 year in the future. The user will be automatically taken to the Seasons screen in order to define the seasonality.
4. If Hotel Rates are missing, an Alert is displayed and the user is automatically taken to the Hotel Rates menu.
